 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and co-ordinate academic administrative procedures
  • Assist counsellors to assess tests, surveys and other forms of assessment for students’ academic progress and plans
  • Co-ordinate and plan for education programs and study groups for students’ academic skills and career planning
  • Carry out education administrative activities
  • Assist conducting promotional sessions and visits and build networks with other schools and institutions

General Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous education administration or student services work experience desired
  • Completion of college program preferred OR appropriate combination of experience and education
  • Familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively across teams
  • The ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure with tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and people skills

Permanent, Full-Time, 30 - 40 Hours / Week

Wage $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
