Administrative Assistant
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management with administrative duties
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and forms
  • Organize meeting and schedule meetings, conferences
  • Record and maintain filing systems and monitor matters requiring updates
  • Plan and attend meetings and draft reports and minutes
  • Communicate with clients and relay messages to appropriate persons
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and arrange reservations
  • Requisition office supplies and services as required
  • Supervise and train junior staff with administrative procedures and policies
  • Other clerical and reception duties as required
 
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years’ administrative experience
  • Completion of college program or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Attention to details and proofreading, time management, and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid computer proficiency in office applications
