Dover Day Care, located at 3525 26th Avenue SE in Calgary, is seeking a permanent full-time Office Manager for our business. This position is available to be filled immediately.
In the role of Office Manager, the ideal candidate shall be able to carry out the administrative activities of the day care, which includes implementing the administrative policies and procedures of our business; maintaining client records, files and accounts; establishing daily work priorities for staff; assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and inventories; overseeing policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation; and other administrative tasks. Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively verbally and written in English; be organized, reliable and show attention to detail.
Candidates must hold a College, CEGEP diploma, and have 2-3 years of experience as an office manager/business administration.
The selected candidate must have their own mode of transportation to & from work, and shall be required to provide a clean Criminal Record Check prior to commencement of work.
This is a permanent, full-time position with an hourly wage of $25 per hour for 32-44 hours per week.
