Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people

Area of Work Experience: Statistics, Invoices, Reports and records, Correspondence, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to,
Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and emailing documents
Preparing, proof-reading and editing correspondence
Monitoring developments in immigration law that affects clients
Obtaining client order and information and forward them to supervisor
Preparing complete application packages for review by the supervisor
Maintaining and organizing electronic and hard copy files
Providing inputs for client awareness in our impending multilingual website
Translating documents and localizing clients messages to English
Maintaining smooth relations with clients and following up referrals

Specific Skills: Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or conferences, Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Qualification and skills:
Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business or related discipline. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite and experience in internet research, MS Word, Electronic mail, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Windows
Impeccable proofreading, grammar skills and superb keyboarding skills (60 wpm)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience in translating and interpreting Amharic and Tigrinya texts is a must
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards
Superb customer service and networking skills with a can do attitude
Familiarity with presentation applications such as Prezi, Emaze and Vizme a plus
