Xpert Accounting Ltd is looking for a full-time and permanent Administrative Assistant at 4041 Hastings St, Burnaby, B.C, V5J 1N7. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $22/ hr, 35 hr/ week.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices etc.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material
- Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Greet and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- May organize conferences
Qualifications: Completion of secondary school is usually required. Completion of a one- or two-year college or another program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience is required.
