 Position: Customer Service Supervisor

Salary: $1200 / bi-weekly

Hours: 80 hours / bi-weekly

Job duties are as follows but not limited to:

·     Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff

·     Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs

·     Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise

·     Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner

·     Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement

·     Manage pricing for all new inventory and communicate price changes to staff

·     Train new staff as needed

·     Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed

·     Manage car wash

·     Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Petro-Canada branded dealer

·     Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

·     Post-Secondary Education

·     Minimum 1 year previous work experience as Customer Service Supervisor

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
