Reporting to the General Manager the Building Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the building operations at Okotoks, Airdrie, Prince Albert and Regina.
The primary responsibility of the position will be setting up the Building Maintenance Management System for all locations and invite proposals from local trades to undertake HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, garbage, roofing and building exterior maintenance.
The incumbent in the manager’s position is required to travel to Airdrie and Saskatchewan locations at least twice every month and will be required to stay at the site locations during capital construction work.
knowledge of maintenance management software is an asset.
