- Assisting IT Department with tasks involve User issues, Computer Hardware Maintenance and repair, Printer Management and troubleshooting.

- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced

- Consult vendors, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions

- Vehicle needed to travel between Orlick Sites in Hamilton area

- Provide Solutions for technical problems encountered by users

- Willingness to learn new technologies in IT

- Provide training and updates to users in response to identified difficulties

- Provide Company specific applications, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties

- Participate in the installation of applications and other software

- Directly report to the IT Administrator



College Diploma,

CCNA certified,

A+ Certified,

MCSA certified

Experience in Windows 7, 8, 10

Expert in managing the Actice Directory/ group policy

Working experience with Spiceworks,

Programming in C++ / Powershell

Microsoft server 2008/2012R2



At least 1 year experience in IT field.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation -  Salary $20.00 to $30.00 / Hour for 40 Hours / Week
