 Hazelmere Foods Ltd. In Surrey, BC is looking for Full Time Permanent Purchasing Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties: 

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities of company.
  • Develop purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Identify vendors of materials and supplies.
  • Evaluate cost and quality of goods.
  • Prepare purchasing department’s budgetary controls.
  • Negotiate and oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts.
  • Participate in the development of specifications for products or other materials.
  • Review and process claims against suppliers.
  • Hire and train new staff.

 

 

Eligibility:

 

·         A Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in business administration, commerce or economics will be an asset.

·         Several years of experience is required.

 
Salary: $37.00 Hourly for 40 Hours per Week with Benefits as per as Company Policy
